Drumsheds is one of London’s most iconic large-scale venues. It’s a cutting edge industrial superclub built for bringing in huge crowds and providing world class production. It’s a perfect recipe for iconic events like Netflix’s Squid Game II: The Rave, where the space was transformed into a fully immersive Korean night market and rave environment, bringing together street food, bars, VIP hospitality and drinks activations.

The Brief

KERB Events was brought in by the brilliant team at Inca Productions to help bring their incredible vision for Squid Game II: The Rave to life.

The brief was one of our favourites to work on: create an authentic Korean night market experience inside one of London’s biggest superclubs, while also delivering fast, high-volume bar service for over 3,000 ravers and a polished VIP offer for Netflix execs, influencers and performers. Plenty for the team to juggle – but a challenge they more than rose to the occasion for.

We curated a line-up of 8 KERB traders – utilising the unparalleled diversity that exists within KERB’s membership of 160 independent food businesses. We built a food offer that felt truly authentic, in tune with the world of Squid Game, and most importantly – genuinely delicious.

BIG NUMBERS, SMOOTH EVENT OPERATION

With 3,500 guests moving through the venue, including influencers and key executives, the operation had to be slick.

Our team managed the full food and bar delivery across the event, including trader logistics, site set-up, service planning, stock management, staffing, VIP hospitality and live event support.

Alongside the main night market, we also delivered VIP canapés for Netflix execs, influencers and performers — giving the premium areas their own elevated food experience while keeping the wider event fast, fun and high energy.

The result was a seamless large-scale operation that matched the ambition of the production and kept thousands of guests fed and fully immersed in the world of Squid Game.

A rave needs serious bar firepower. KERB Events delivered 42 metres of retail bar across 4 bars - built to handle high-volume service throughout the night.

The bar offer included bespoke promotional cocktails developed for a brand partnership with Johnnie Walker, bringing another layer of creativity to the drinks experience.

Our bars played a central role in keeping the energy of the event tuned up – completing our slick delivery of a fully immersive food and drink experience. Squid Game II: The Rave gave KERB Events and our brilliant traders the chance to showcase our breadth of creativity and operational excellence — delivering at serious scale.
