RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival 2023

What a week that was… KERB Events served up the goods this year with a brilliant line-up of 27 (yes, 27!) independent street food traders to satisfy every taste bud at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival! Over 140,000 guests attended over the course of the week, tucking in to delicious food ranging from succulent steak burgers to tasty vegan food, sweet treats, Hackney gelato and everything in between.

And we didn’t just stop at food… KERB’s craft beer tent, Pimm’s bar, rum shack, gin garden and spritz tent offered visitors an unparalleled experience throughout the course of the festival. We CANNOT wait to be back next year! See you there?

“The team and staff were all fantastic and the food options were brilliant. People really enjoyed having the choice to select what they wanted, rather than the pre-assigned bowl food which we are used to. 100/10

SUMMER SERIES AT SHOREDITCH GARDENS

We worked with KIN London to transform Shoreditch Gardens into a sunny events hot spot for the whole of the summer, serving up events for Aesop,  Mintel, M&C Saatchi and more. Bringing a variety of delicious KERB traders to the Museum of the Home in the sunshine, with each client fully tailoring their event and bringing their tastiest summer party dreams to life! It’s the perfect venue for corporate summer parties, big or small and we can’t wait to be back.

KERB AT THE RACES: CHELTENHAM 2023

This year we were back at the Cheltenham Festival with a brand-new look. KERB at the Races took its inspiration straight from the racecourse, with flags printed on brightly coloured jockey silks, a bar designed with classic betting boards in mind and mile markers transformed into standing tables. A space that was full of vibrance, joy and brilliant food and drink!

CHRISTMAS PARTY AT PRINTWORKS

A Christmas Party to end all Christmas parties. We went all out, bringing 11 of our incredible traders to a huge ‘food village’ within Printworks for this epic, end-of-year party. Oozing mac ‘n’ cheese pots, bouncy bao buns, crispy baked chicken and sumptuous beef bulgogi tacos left party-goers spoilt for choice. With spirits from East London Liquor Co. and craft beers from Gipsy Hill flowing, this was a night to remember as guests danced and ate the night away with the very best street food that London has to offer.

THE GUAP GALA DINNER

GUAP’s inaugural Gala Dinner and awards ceremony celebrated creative excellence and championed authenticity, diversity and purpose. KERB were invited to provide food from independent street food traders to match that mission! Cloaked in their elaborate outfits, themed to Fairy tale and Folklore, guests entered the Natural History Museum’s iconic Fossil Way for a drinks reception, followed by an informal, family-style seated dinner in the Hintze Hall, all taking place beneath the iconic blue whale, Hope.

THE WIMBLEDON CHAMPIONSHIPS

During one of the world’s most iconic sporting events, fans flocked to join the queue and get their hands on a Centre Court ticket. With people camping overnight, we were tasked with turning the queueing park into an all-star dining experience, as well as keeping the Wimbledon staff fed and watered throughout the tournament. This year KERB served up aces with a little help from our traders. Our team was on hand to feed guests, staff, queuers, and everyone involved in making this iconic tennis tournament a success.

SUMMER ON THE SQUARE

Last summer we popped up, smack bang in the middle of Trafalgar Square, working with the world-famous, National Gallery to deliver a celebration of art, culture, colour and incredible food. The free, outdoor festival ran throughout August and we were on hand to feed and cool the crowds with creamy gelato from Milk Tree, independent craft beers and softs, and a scattering of KERB’s savoury traders too.

“The team understood the concept and supported our vision throughout. Working with KERB was the easiest part of the entire event. Thanks to their professionalism, positive attitude and attention to detail, the event was a huge success!”

THE UK FESTIVAL AWARDS AT TROXY

We replaced the standard three-course awards dinner with a seated street food experience that showcased the best festival food in the country. With street food stalls lining the reception area, we created an immersive festival experience from the start. Despite serving canapés and having a fully-seated meal, the fun and relaxed vibe was maintained throughout the evening

RADIO FESTIVAL AT THE BRITISH LIBRARY

For the largest annual event for both the public and commercial radio community, we were asked to provide catering that reflected the prestige of the all-day conference and venue. The event included all-day barista coffees, hand-picked street food for lunch, and moreish canapés to pair with craft drinks at the end-of-day reception.

SUPERBLOOM AT THE TOWER OF LONDON

KERB pitched up on the riverside, nestled next to the Tower of London, for Superbloom in the summer. As thousands of tourists flocked to the moat for a glimpse of the floral installation, KERB was on hand for a summertime feast, day and night. With fresh mezze boxes, Nashville hot chicken, steamy dumplings, truffle burgers and to finish, an array of flavourful gelatos and sweet treats. Not forgetting our summertime favourite cocktails, beer, cider and a pop-up cafe for hot and iced beverages.
